Research On Care Needs And Service Products Design For Elderly Disabled People Of Tianjin

In the context of population aging,the elderly population has increased sharply,so the proportion of disabled elderly people become bigger and bigger and bring serious problems.According to the special survey data of the basic condition and needs of the handicapped in Tianjin in 2015,the basic living conditions of the disabled people in Tianjin are expected to improve and better integrate into the society.Elderly disabled people face the dual barriers of aging and disabling,double barriers seriously affect the daily life of elderly disabled people.Therefore,to improve the quality of life of the elderly disabled people from the comprehensive care services to improve the elderly disabled start.Through the method of literature research,this paper analyze the origin,course,current situation and gap of elderly nursing care development of disabled persons,and determines the research problem of Tianjin elderly disabled nursing service demand and product design.Secondly,through the case study,this paper analyzes the operation status of the individual and existing pension organizations in Tianjin,and designs the questionnaire.And the factors affecting the care products of the aged disabled people,including age,disability,children and economic source,were analyzed and analyzed by means of SPSS 22.0 data analysis software.The logistic relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable was studied to verify the authenticity of the hypothesis and provide the basis for the product design.According to the analysis of the data and the relevant theoretical research,some suggestions are brought: the characteristics of the suburban pension agencies mainly consider the stage of nursing care services;different ability to pay and tend to spouse living with the family pension family planning family planning services;low income levels and want Care services for the elderly with disabilities,to home care and short-term institutional rehabilitation combined manner.From the perspective of professional pension agencies,the introduction of commercial accident insurance services and the establishment of specialist doctors for the characteristics of services;diversification of conservation function diversification,improve the utilization of fixed assets,reduce operating costs.The results can provide reference for Tianjin pension agencies in order to improve the satisfaction of elderly disable people.
