Research On The Operational Elements And Operation Modes Of Family Hotels In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

In recent years,tourism,as an important part of the tertiary industry,plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of Inner Mongolia.Compared with the developed provinces,Inner Mongolian tourism industry presents multi-level,diversified,differentiated features.Family inns play an important role in meeting consumer demands for catering.and accommodation,especially in the less developed areas of services.Inner Mongolian family inn industry presents a variety of categories in uneven distribution.In the areas with poor accessibility,less and sparsely located tourist attractions,and poor comprehensive service capability,the family inn industry plays an important role in the regional economy.For the vast regions of live stocks husbandry that mainly endowed with pasture tour in Inner Mongolia,family inn industry plays an irreplaceable role.This thesis summarizes the characteristics of different types of family inns,and points out the development trend of the family inns in the future and the corresponding strategies,hoping to play a positive role in the development of the tourism industry in Inner Mongolia.In addition to the introduction and the conclusion,this thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the summary of the research on family inn development.The background,status quo and situation of the development of family inn industry are summarized.The change of tourism consumers' behavior in Inner Mongolian family inns is introduced.The tourism operation modes of Inner Mongolian family inns are enumerated.The second part is a detailed analysis of the development of family inn industry in Inner Mongolia.This thesis analyzes the operational management elements involved in Inner Mongolian family inns,The third part is a case-study of the family inns in Inner Mongolia and a field investigation of the family inns in the Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner.Based on the study,the operation mode of family inns on the pasture is illustrated and an optimal solution is drawn.
