Since the first inland port(Chaoyang)cooperation agreement was signed in 2002,Tianjin port has opened up 5 marketing centers and 25 inland ports,which is in the forefront of the national sea port.On the background of "One Belt and One Road",Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei joint development,the construction of China(Tianjin)Free Trade Experimental Zone,and so on.Tianjin Port has made great efforts to change the development strategy of inland port,from the pursuit of the increase to the pursuit of quality improvement,the focus shifted to the optimization layout of inland ports,and building up logistics network system based on inland ports.In this context,determining the hierarchical layout of Tianjin port's inland ports,designing reasonable development model,development focus,development function,development time,Resource allocation and market development of Tianjin Port's inland ports according to the existing conditions of 25 inland ports is important.Thus to solve the leftover problem in the pricess of inland construction is the realistic problem facing by Tianjin port.Based on this,this paper studies the the hierarchical layout of the inland port.Firstly,it elaborates the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,and points out the content and technical route of this paper.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theories of inland port layout,including the concept of inland port layout,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the inland port of Tianjin Port,and points out the opportunities and challenges facing the inland port of Tianjin Port after the implementation of the strategy.Fourthly,the hierarchical layout planning model based on fuzzy C-means clustering is constructed,and the hierarchical clustering of 25 inland ports in Tianjin port is made.Fifthly,in the fourth chapter,the hierarchical layout planning model based on fuzzy C-means clustering is constructed,Clustering results on the basis of the Tianjin port inland port layout planning and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions;Finally,the conclusions of this paper and put forward further research direction.
