Guangdong Province is not only one of the most abundant water resources in ourcountery but also one of the most developed area of inland waterway transport.With thedevelopment of economic,it is of great significance to accelerate the development of inlandwaterway transportion in Guangdong Province.In order to enhance the competitiveness of theinland ports service chain,there need to increase the overall level of service quality and use ina variety of ways to coordination between roles in inland port and waterway service chainwhile maintaining its competitive advantage in the transportation costs.Because each role inservice chain has different resource as well as the management goal,conflicts of interestbecome inevitable in the process of service.Finally,this kind of non-cooperation influences theinterests of the whole service chain.What’s more,the inland port and waterway parts ofhorizontal competition is very fierce,which leads to the difficult coordination.In order to find out strategies make Guangdong inland port and waterway service supplychain coordination development, this acticle chooses inland port and inland waterwaytransport company as objects for study.The coordination of the price and the service level isdiscussed quantitatively and various of port contracts are analyzed and compated to find outthe most suitable coordinated way to developing Guangdong inland port and waterway withthe basic idea of supply chain contract and all kinds of competition situation between objects.According to the Guangdong inland port and waterway industry development currentsituation and characteristics of the business relationship, an inland river navigation decisionmodel based on the service competition of price is built.Three types of decision model:centralized decision model, completely decentralized decision model and shipping clliancedecentralized decision modelare anayzed with the optimal decision model and optimalprofitsof each decision-maker.What’s more,the optimal parameter values and the coordination ofinland river navigation system of four contracts:revenue sharing contract,cost sharingcontract,revenue sharing and cost allocation contract and traffic reward contract in completelydecentralized decision model and shipping clliance decentralized decision model is anayzedquantitatively.Finally,the actual data of an inland port in Guangdong province is used t verifythe effect of the coordination of each contract. |
