Research On The Planning Method And Application Of The Inland River Port Logistics Park

In recent years, with the rapid development of economic in China, the demands of logistics increase greatly. Governments and the relevant enterprises put the planning and construction of logistic parks as the key project to promote the regional logistics development, especially in those inland port areas which have superior water conditions, they hope that regional economy can be developed rapidly through the logistic park planning. The research of planning and construction of logistics parks started late in China, so that it's not very mature. Rare studies about the planning of the inland port logistics park had been done, which only some had mentioned in theory. Therefore, on the basis of the actual situation of the planning and construction of Caoxi Port, Hunan, inland port logistics park planning method had been studied in this paper.First of all, the current research of domestic and international logistics park construction planning had been analyzed; the existing problems in domestic logistics park construction planning had been summarized; the strategic significance of inland port logistics park planning and construction had been discussed in three aspects: necessity, macro and micro meaning.Then, this paper made a SWOT analysis of inland port logistics park development in order to make sure the objectives and functional orientation development of the park. Through the analysis of the various factors which influenced the demand for freight transportation, with the characteristics of historical data of different cargos, this paper made a prediction by time series, correlation and regression analysis and qualitative forecasting method. Integrated the results of different prediction methods, this paper determined the future volume of the park to provide reliable data for the construction scale and function layout of park.Finally, inland port logistics park functional layout problems had been abstracted and defined in this paper. A comprehensive analysis of logistics correlation and non-logistic correlation between different functional zones had been done by SLP method. According to the results of analysis, the park functional layout program had been obtained by CORELAP layout method and moving lines layout method. The optimal solution had been selected through the evaluation matrix.
