Value Chain Oriented Financial Management Of Metallurgical Geological Prospecting Units

Whether it is in the process of socio-economic development or social stability in China,the geological exploration work can't be separated,so after the founding of new China,geological survey work has been paid enough attention to,and has been developing with the development of new china.Especially after the reform and opening,because of China's industries are ushered in the golden period of development,and in which a plurality of sectors of the geological exploration work dependence and requirements are relatively high,therefore,also vigorously promote the rapid development of geological exploration work,whether it is the size of the industry or technical level has been greatly improved.But in recent years,due to the transfer of national development,the geological exploration work of the importance of some of the decline,geological exploration is also facing shortage of funds and policy constraints,at the same time,along with the continuous opening of the domestic market,the pressure of geological exploration industry is also growing.Therefore,in order to solve the current problems and promote better development,China's geological prospecting units should strengthen the management of funds in the day-to-day management,and try to improve the efficiency of the use of funds.In this paper,relevant fund management theory and value chain management theory are combined to study the management model of value chain oriented from metallurgical geological exploration unit.There briefly described the present fund management of China's geological prospecting industry,a Geophysical Exploration Institute as the research object,the existence of the Geophysical Exploration Institute of the capital management process problems were analyzed,and aimed at these problems and factors,creatively put forward the theoretical system of financial management of the value chain oriented from Metallurgical Geological Prospecting units.The system is put forward to solve funds settlement,metallurgical geological prospecting units encountered in the daily production and business activities of the scheduling problem,the geological exploration project construction in the use of funds,control,project settlement and recovery problems are of great help.After this,the geological prospecting units to improve the fund management system is sound,make its capital management smoothly to the modern enterprise management from the traditional extensive management,greatly enhance the level of economic management.This paper is composed of six parts,the main contents of each part are introduced briefly:the first part is the introduction,the main content is the research background and significance,research methods,literature review and research ideas and content;the main content of the second part is the introduction of the relevant theory;third part is the status of financial management China's geological prospecting units;fourth part is the analysis of the classic case;the fifth chapter capital management value chain orientation of metallurgical geological prospecting units,finally draws the conclusion.
