Study On The Modernization Of The Construction Industry Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal stage,economic growth from has been transformed from rapid growth to medium-high growth and the era of high growth in the construction industry is receding.With more attention paid by the government and technological support,the modernization of the construction industry has attracted the attention and has gradually become a hot issue in the construction industry.The modernization of the construction industry is a major transformation in the construction industry,since it has changed the traditional extensive mode of production building,and has implemented industrialized manufacture,mechanical assembly,mass production,which has greatly improved the construction quality and efficiency.It also has made remarkable achievements in saving energy consumption,protecting the environment and reducing pollution.Promoting the modernization of the construction industry is not only the requirement of the sustainable development of the construction industry,but also an important measure to improve the level of urbanization and residents' living environment.First of all,this thesis indicates the study of industrial modernization and developing condition by means of literature study,and then it makes a comparative introduction to the connotation of modernization of construction industry and relative concepts.Through the analysis,the bottleneck of the rapid development of modernization of China's construction industry is revealed.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire survey and the data,an index system to evaluate the development level of a modern building industry has been constructed and an empirical research on the development level of Hefei city modernization construction industry has also been made,combining the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the results analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are given to accelerate the modernization of Hefei city construction industry.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research results and points out the imperfections in the study so as to puts forward prospect for the further study.This study shows that Hefei city construction industrialization,industrial chain integration,organization of production management informatization is average and green energy is short board,the overall level of development of construction industry modernization is in general.It is widely accepted that the proportion of renewableenergy construction applications and the rate of green building design and construction are at a low level.It is recommended that the government strengthen the construction of standardization system to improve the standard of industrialization level;improve the industrial chain from the market to start;develop enhance professional personnel to information level;in terms of green energy,there needs to be mandatory requirements both in technical aspects and policy system.
