Study On The Evaluation Of The Development Level And Countermeasure Of Hefei Electronic And Communication Equipment Manufacturing Industry

High tech industry is an important part of the international economic and technological competition. Electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry is the core of basic industry. Its competitive level is an important sign of the industrial competitive advantage of a country or a region. In recent years, with the practice of "Lake City Innovation highlands", developing high-tech industry has become a key role in advantage construction. Based on the Hefei soft science project " research on the basic situation and development of Hefei high-tech industries", this paper studies the development level of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry of Hefei. This research can be more scientific and effective to study development level of Hefei high-tech industry and development strategies.It can promote the development of Hefei high-tech industries.First, the paper describes the high-tech industry research status and electronic and communication equipment manufacturing research status, describes the concept and features of high-tech industries and electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry. Then this paper analyzes and describes the basic situation of Hefei electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry. Content is mainly integrated industrial scale, industrial technology innovation, industry and economic contribution to the economy. According to the correlation analysis of indicators and the research of high-tech industry evaluation indicators, this paper establishes Hefei high-tech industry development level evaluation system. The multiple correlation coefficient method determines the index weight. The non-linear fusion method is applied to comprehensive evaluation. This paper analyzes and evaluates the development level of listed companies of Hefei electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry, compares Hefei’s with the other five capital cities’ development level, analyzes industry concentration of Hefei electronic and communication equipment manufacturing. Finally, this paper presents the problems and puts forward constructive comments.
