Research On Project Time Management And Optimization Of Electronic Communication Devices

Although the introduction just happened in recent years,Project Management has been a wide range of promotion and application in all various trades and occupations in China.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the life cycle of electronic communication products is getting shorter and shorter,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The enterprises need to launch new product as soon as possible,and the time management is the key for them,it has a serious impact on the final achievement.In order to control the development cycle,this dissertation carries on the research to the progress management of electronic communication product.Firstly,this article introduces the basic theory of the project management and time management.And then it summarizes the characteristics of the communication industry and the product development process.Later,we discuss the delay problems in a typical case,and Sum up the factors that may lead to delay of the project,such as lacking of work,purchasing delay,quality problems,inefficiency,open-loop,working inactively,etc.Then using the management theory to find out the solution of these problems,Including the improvement of purchasing,the optimization of critical path,the making up of schedule,the monitoring,and other measures or precautions which we should do.Limited by the perspective,the cases and the ability of the author,this dissertation is only the preliminary exploration,and it needs further research.On the foundation of the dissertation,the discussion about How to persistent in applying theory to practice,will be significant to the direction of further research.
