Research On Implementation Method Of Lean Production Management Method For Thermal Power Enterprises

Lean production management is the only way for thermal power enterprises' sustainable development,whose content and method is the key of the thermal power enterprises' lean production management.However,the lean production management of thermal power enterprises is still in its initial beginning stage with challenges,urgent need to find a suitable path of the implementation according to industry characteristics of thermal power enterprises.The subject of this research demonstrated and elaborated the lean production management for thermal power enterprises,which is in accordance with the logical structure with the digestion of the lean production management theory,the decision of the lean production management content,and the implementation of the lean production management method through qualitative analysis,comparative research and the explanatory cases research and some other quantitative and qualitative research methods.The study showed that,first of all,the lean production management is the important choice for the thermal power enterprises to adapt to the changes of market competition,also is the main way to promote the relative competitiveness of the thermal power enterprises,and is a key means to improve the efficiency of the thermal power enterprises,as well as is the management foundation of the sustainably develop for the thermal power enterprises.econdly,it pointed out the necessity of the thermal power enterprises implementing lean production management through the comparing with manufacturing,and cleared that the thermal power enterprises' lean production management should pay more attention to detail,standardized construction,and normalized operation,and it also determined that the content and measure of the thermal power enterprises' lean production management should include safety,fuel,facilities,and energy conservation,so as to devoted to improve the level of quality and efficiency.Finally,it considered that the characteristics of energy industry and electric-power industry in China currently,take H group and its affiliated thermal power enterprises as the case to set forth the methods of the large state-owned enterprises implementing the lean production management,and determined the six management steps including present preparation,situation diagnosis,reason analysis,implementation improvement,standardization acheievement and continuous improvement,so as to definite the best route of thermal power enterprises' lean management,and to fully improve the management level of thermal power enterprises.
