| Safety and production is a pair of contradiction and unity,both promote and restrict each other,the production process is bound to have security issues,security throughout the production always.Thermal power enterprises are the important supporting power enterprises of the national economy,which determines the thermal power enterprises and other industries are very different in terms of responsibility of production safety,the production safety is not only related to the enterprise staff’s life and property safety,but also affects the development of national economy and social stability.With the development of social economy and progress,countries pay more attention to the work of production safety,safety management of thermal power enterprises are also put forward higher requirements for production safety work of thermal power enterprises is confronted with the challenge of high standards.In recent years,with the continuous progress of Chinese production enterprise management level,lean management as an advanced management ideas and methods are introduced into china.Some domestic power enterprises also carry on the beneficial exploration of lean management,especially apply some theories and methods of lean management to the safe production practice of electric power enterprises and obtain certain effect.However,there are few academic researches on it,and there is less theoretical research on lean management of thermal power enterprises.Therefore,research on the theory and practice of thermal power enterprises safety of lean management,not only enrich and improve the lean management theory and practice,but also help the lean management theory in the promotion and application of thermal power enterprises.The establishment and implementation of safety and lean management program which will certainly play an important role in upgrading and upgrading the level of safety management of thermal power enterprises through using of lean management and safety management theory comprehensively.Therefore,this study has certain academic value and practical significance.Based on the problems encountered in production safety management of thermal power enterprises,the author has collected a large number of related documents,At the same time,some thermal power enterprises were investigated and summarized,and a lot of practical experience in safety management of thermal power enterprises at home and abroad was summarized.Combined with lean management ideas and tools for thermal power enterprise safety lean management in-depth study.This paper firstly points out the grim situation of production safety in power enterprises in our country,which leads to the background and significance of this research.Secondly,it summarizes the basic knowledge of safety management theory,lean management theory and management tools,and makes a detailed study on the connotation and content of lean production safety management.Thirdly,through the in-depth study of the status quo of the safety management of thermal power enterprises in China,the existing problems and their causes are analyzed.Fourthly,the general framework of safety lean management is constructed and applied to T Power Generation Company,and a detailed plan of management safety,personnel safety,equipment safety and environmental safety lean management of T Power Generation Company is put forward and implemented.At last,the evaluation model is built according to the effect of T lean safety management,the evaluation index system is constructed,the weight of the index is calculated by AHP and entropy method,and the gray comprehensive evaluation method and the multilevel matter are used to evaluate the effect of the safety lean management.I hope this paper can provide some new ideas and methods for the safety management of thermal power enterprises. |
