Communication Supervision Enterprise Project Management System

With the rapid development of telecom construction,communication supervision plays an increasingly important role in the project.At same time,the enterprise environment,project management has been applied to the enterprise more and more abroadly.However,the theoretical research in the field is very weak.supervision enterprise of the communications is also facing this problem.And the efficiency of communication supervision enterprises is not high,which restricts the development of enterprise regulation.A system needs to be established to support the enterprise development.Firstly,this article discusses the relationship between project management and other management activity in the enterprise,This article analyzes the existing problems of the domestic telecom regulatory companies and project management problems,This article pointed out that the project management of enterprises should be combined with the requirements of enterprises and industries.Learned from local and overseas project management theory,Proposed suitable project model for the characteristics of the communications industry,project supervision management?Last but not least,Through the case study of A supervision enterprise project system implementation and effect,the feasibility of this model is analyzed and demonstrated.This article combines the existing theoretical basis and my project management practice experience to explore the communication supervision enterprise project management system,the research model provided in this paper has a certain value to the supervision enterprise project management practice and research in this field.
