Research On Risk Management In Energy Saving Project Of Chilled Water System Of IC Company

Compare with other project,There's obvious feature of energy saving project of chilled water system in IC company,such as huge capital,safety high-request,long-term construction,impacted by many factors.Currently many energy saving projects of chilled water system are not better controlled by qualified constructors with good project risk control.With the development of energy saving project of chilled water system,traditional project management can't be accepted by new request.The thesis analyzes and sum up the feature of energy saving project from construction experience.Base on the principle of project management and energy saving project of chilled water system of A company,set up an available project risk control rules.Risk management experience can be applied to other new relative projects.The thesis applies project risk management principle,studies how to identify risk,how to accept available control in the total project lifetime,so that positive factors can be maximized,passive factors can be minimized.The thesis applies project lifetime management method,including project definition and decision,project design,project construction,project acceptance etc.Hypothesis study method,analysis hierarchy process(AHP)applied in the risk control.
