With the rapid development of China’s private enterprises,the private economy has become the pillar of the national economic development and the main source of the economic growth.The private economy is a useful supplement public economy and has contributed indelibly in China’s GDP growth,market economic activity,state’s tax increment and employment status.According to the statistics,90%of Chinese citizens works in private enterprises.For the emerging small and medium enterprises in competition,salary is one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Reasonable salary compensation system can reduce the labor costs of small and medium private enterprises.Possessing the salary compensation system that is consistent with the corporate strategy can increase their market competitiveness.This paper includes salary survey method that combines the internal employees and external other enterprise’s employees.The main purpose of internal staff survey is to understand the company’s objective situation,their true thoughts and find the existing problems of company salary compensation system.The main purpose of the investigation of external other company is to provide help in Harbin Sunhine Real Estate Company salary compensation structure,salary increment and welfare,long term incentive and so on.Through the contrastive analysis,the problems that exist in the current salary compensation system of Harbin Sunshine Real Estate Company are exposed as well as the cause.Thus,to divide job categories,determine the salary structure and ensure the broadband salary levels and floating range,and ultimately salary compensation system will be determined.According to this reserach,Harbin Sunshine Real Estate Company establishes a set of fair salary compensation system,which gives the employees a sense of belonging,possess competitivenss in industry,and is able to improve employee performance salary system,so that the existing salary compensation system can be continuously improved and developed.
