Research On The Improvement Of Knowledge Ability Of Insurance Professionals Based On Information Transformation Theory

The knowledge capability of insurance personnel became the key point which restricts the development of the insurance.As the marketing subject in insurance,insurance personnel's ways and decisions of exhibition industry make a big difference on the development of insurance.In the actual operation condition,insurance personnel face the problem of lacking knowledge capabilities,particular in insufficient transformation of knowledge as well as the lack of certainty when they invite the client on products selling center.The lack of knowledge makes insurance personnel fail to develop their works,which restricts their own income and impede the healthy development of insurance industry.This thesis sums up the reasons of the problem on knowledge internalization and obtaining clients' certainty through the analysis on actual situation on starting business.Through the study on the theory of information transformation,combining the relationship between the knowledge internalization of cognitive science,seeking methods for certainty of philosophy science and the insurance personnel's information transformation and knowledge capability,we come up with relative solutions.Among them,the knowledge internalization includes the application on the assimilation and adoption of knowledge as well as the meta-cognition.Seeking for the certainty mainly involves methods and procedures,which makes a preliminary plan on the existing data and obtains the certainty from it.Then we can verify that insurance personnel can improve their abilities on acquiring increasing knowledge and certainty form data/information through the information transformation in the accurate marketing project,knowledge internalization and seeking methods on certainty of Taiping Life.
