Research On The Interactive Relationship And Coupled Coordinated Development Between Agricultural Insurance And Agricultural Modernization In Southwest Chin

The coupling and coordination of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization will help promote the high-quality development of agriculture.With the continuous development of agricultural insurance and the accelerated process of agricultural modernization in the southwest region,the realization of the efficient and coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization has effectively promoted the construction of a strong province with modern and efficient agriculture,the development of "three rural areas" and the realization of rural revitalization in all provinces and cities.This paper calculates the development level of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region,analyzes the interaction relationship and coupling coordination level of the two systems of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,obtains the coupling and coordination development of the two systems in the southwest region,and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficient and coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region.Combined with the current situation of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization development in the southwest region,the comprehensive score of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization development level in the southwest region is calculated by entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method by selecting the relevant data from 2007-2020.On this basis,the PVAR model is introduced to further test the interaction between the two systems of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,and the coupling coordination degree model is built to explore the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems,analyze the characteristics of time series changes and regional differences,and discuss the lag situation and the reasons.The empirical results show that the average annual comprehensive score of agricultural insurance development level in southwest China has increased from 0.1537 in 2007 to 0.7470 in 2020,and the average annual comprehensive score of agricultural modernization development level has increased from 0.1898 in 2007 to 0.7515 in 2020.Among them,the average annual comprehensive score of agricultural insurance development level in Yunnan Province is the highest,about 0.4790,and the average annual comprehensive score of agricultural modernization development level in Chongqing is the highest,about 0.4746.At the same time,the coupling coordination degree of the two systems of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region has been increasing,from 0.3989 in 2007 to 0.8639 in 2020,realizing the transition from mild imbalance to good coordination,and the four provinces and cities have completed the transition from imbalance to coordination.Based on the research on the interaction between agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region and the research on the coupling and coordinated development,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region have achieved great development,but the development level of different provinces and cities has certain spatial differences.(2)There is an interactive relationship between the two systems of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,but the interactive relationship still needs to be further strengthened,which is manifested in that the role of agricultural modernization in promoting agricultural insurance is obviously stronger than that of agricultural insurance in promoting agricultural modernization.(3)In general,agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest have achieved coordinated development since 2011.From the perspective of sub-regions,the coupling coordination level of the two systems of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the four provinces and cities has gradually improved,among which the coupling coordination level in Guizhou Province has the largest span and has now achieved high-quality coordinated development;At the same time,the lag faced by the coupling and coordinated development of different regions is different,but since 2018,it has shown the synchronous development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: strengthening the top-level system design of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,accelerating the interactive and coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,and increasing the support for the development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,with a view to further promoting the efficient and coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization in the southwest region,and achieving rural revitalization as soon as possible.
