Research On The Diffusion Of Technology For Transnational Corporation Based On The Theory Of Thermodynamics

Technology diffusion is the main mode of technology transfer of Transnational Corporation.It is also an important way to improve the structure of industry and technology in developing countries.Heat transfer is a common phenomenon in nature,and it is similar with the Transnational Corporation technology diffusion in a way.The heat transfer has formed a complete system of Science,so using heat transfer model method to study the Transnational Corporation technology diffusion has innovation significance.In this paper,the factors which affecting technology diffusion were found,and these factors were related in the heat transfer model through the analysis of mechanism and the process of technology diffusion of Transnational Corporation.A new model for Transnational Corporation technology diffusion was established based on the heat transfer model.Using the unsteady heat conduction equation to explain the effect of technology diffusion.By using the life cycle theory to analyze the four stages of Transnational Corporation,factors affecting technology diffusion.From the perspective of the host country,giving the measures to promote technology diffusion based on the theoretical analysis.
