Evaluation Of Modern Logistics Development Level In Xi'an

Logistics industry plays an important role in promoting the national economy as one of the top ten industrial revitalization.Logistics is the link between the production and consumption,and it is the lubricant to promote the effective operation of social and economic activities.The modern logistics industry of Xi'an is still in the initial stage of the life cycle.Its advantages and abundant resources are not fully utilized,which directly result in the development of logistics industry relatively backward.The logistics enterprises are not only too small,scattered,weak,but also lack of leading enterprises.The problems such as the unclear positioning of the industry characteristics severely hinder the development of the logistics industry in Xi'an.Therefore,through the study of the development level of modern logistics industry in Xi'an,we can grasp the development scale and define the future development direction of modern logistics.Has profound practical significance and strong economic significance to the healthy,stable and coordinated development of modern logistics industry in Xi'an.This paper,based on the review of the relevant literature,builds a more general and reasonable evaluation index system for the development of modern logistics industry.Firstly,this paper expounds the development of modern logistics industry level research results and relevant theoretical knowledge,and put forward the main consideration of the recognition and evaluation of the level of development of modern logistics industry's content,and then build the evaluation index system of modern logistics industry development level.Secondly,through the comparison of various evaluation methods,this paper proposes the combination of analytic hierarchy process and the CRITIC method to determine the weight.Using TOPSIS evaluation model to evaluate the development level of modern logistics industry in Xi'an by using MATLAB program compared with Wuhan,Taiyuan,Zhengzhou,Chengdu and Yinchuan.It is concluded that the development of modern logistics industry in Xi'an is still in the middle level,and there is a certain gap between the city and relatively developed cities.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the development level of modern logistics industry in Xi'an.
