| With the continuous development of economic globalization and the widespread application of modern logistics technologies,the rapid expansion of the city and the high concentration of the population,the inadequate logistics activities supporting for the city's economy development hasbecome increasingly serious.The development of logistics parks in Hohhot is still in a relatively backward statecompared with other developed cities in China,and still there aremany problems in planning,construction,operation,management and policy.As so far,there are no mature logistics parks,which is inconsistent with the status of first-class logistics park layout cities.These have seriously affected the sustainable development of Hohhot and the improvement of the city's comprehensive competitiveness.The paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze the political,economic,social and technological environment of the development of logistics industry in Hohhot from the macroscopic level,and clarifies the traffic location advantage of Hohhot.Inspected 28 logistic nodes of 7 logistics types including coal,trade,building materials,machinery,medicine,and e-commerce.Researched 110 logistics companies and fully grasped the status quo of the logistics industry in Hohhot.The SWOT analysis method was used to deeply analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of Hohhot logistics industry,and the SWOT matrix for the development of the Hoh trade logistics industry was established.Taking population scale and economic development as indirect influence indicators,taking total social logistics costs,added value of logistics,total logistics volume and total freight as direct impact indicators,quantitative forecasting technology was used to forecast logistics demand in 2020.The development strategy of improving the management system,formulating support policies,accelerating the construction of logistics infrastructure,integrating logistics resources,and strengthening logistics management was proposed. |
