Research On The Development Of Modern Logistics Industry In Wuhu

With China’s economy entering the new normal,economic development has entered a period of transformation and upgrading,coupled with the rapid development of Internet information technology and the rapid development of e-commerce,continue to promote the development of the third industry.As a combination of traditional and emerging industries,the modern logistics industry is an important component of the third industry,and occupies a more and more prominent position in the economic development.The improvement of the efficiency of modern logistics industry can promote the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of regional economy,and can effectively promote the balanced and healthy development of regional industrial structure.Therefore,the modern logistics industry is widely concerned in different groups and industries,and is also expected to promote economic development.In recent years,due to the national,provincial and municipal levels of logistics industry development strategy and the implementation of the corresponding policies,the modern logistics industry in Wuhu has achieved good progress at this stage.Based on the regional economic growth theory and industrial economic theory,the development of the logistics industry theory,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis method,analyzes the development status of modern logistics industry in Wuhu city.Through the construction of modern logistics industry development level evaluation index system,comprehensive evaluation and measurement of modern logistics industry development level in Wuhu.At the same time selected a sample of five city as a comparison object,comprehensive and objective comparative analysis of Wuhu modern logistics industry development level and sample City,and from the comparative analysis identify problems and find out the gap,formulated to provide a basis for the development of modern logistics industry in Wuhu city policy.First of all,the paper starts from the existing research results,define the concept of the modern logistics industry,expounds the relevant economic theory and modern logistics theory,analyzes the development status of modern logistics industry in Wuhu city from three angles of location advantage,external environment and indicators.Secondly,the evaluation system of the development level of modern logistics industry is constructed,and the corresponding data are collected and compiled according to the constructed indicators.The data of Wuhu City from 2005 to 2015 are analyzed by principal component analysis method to fully understand the modern logistics industry of Wuhu City Development level,explore its internal indicators,the level of development of logistics industry and economic development,analysis of modern logistics industry and regional economic development interaction mechanism.Again,the article takes Hefei,Anqing,Nanjing,Wuxi and Nantong five city of Wuhu as a comparison object,using principal component analysis method of empirical analysis to evaluate the development level of five samples of the city of the modern logistics industry,and from the comprehensive score and each factor score and the internal indicators of multi dimension analysis,internal mechanism the indicators,to better grasp the development of modern logistics industry and the level of regional economic development.Comprehensive evaluation results show that:First,the overall development of Wuhu City,the level of modern logistics industry has made considerable progress in the logistics infrastructure construction,logistics industry scale,the development of the logistics industry,the internal and external environment has made significant progress;Second,it is compared with the sample city analysis,Wuhu City,the development of modern logistics industry there are a number of problems,manifested in:Wuhu City,logistics infrastructure bottlenecks are still prominent,Wuhu City Logistics Park planning development lag,logistics enterprises small service level,The level of logistics information is low,the logistics platform to share the intensity of small,outstanding logistics professionals lack of logistics industry policy is not perfect and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the development path and policy suggestion of Wuhu modern logistics industry,and shows that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of logistics infrastructure construction,efficient sharing of logistics information platform,to speed up the cultivation of talents,improve the quality of logistics personnel,to strengthen the logistics industry planning guidance,to enhance the level of development of modern logistics industry in Wuhu city to strengthen policy support to promote the key areas and key industries of modern logistics development,improve the modern logistics industry from extensive operation and management,improve the degree of intensive production and circulation,the indirect promoting regional economic structure adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,for boosting economic development of Wuhu city added new impetus.
