With the rapid development of society and economy,the population swelling and highly concentrated,disasters threat to mankind is growing.Disaster has become a serious important factors restricting the development of the international community continues,and directly threatening human survival and development.Insurance company is a professional financial institutions operating disaster risk,this paper takes investment risk of insurance company as the research object,and analyses investment risk of insurance company,calculation results can provide theoretical basis for insurance company to reduce or avoid risk.In this paper,we mainly use analytic hierarchy process and grey clustering method to analyse risk factor of insurance company' investment.We establishes investment risk evaluation index system of insurance company,and use analytic hierarchy process to calculate index weight,and then by using grey clustering method to get grey clustering analysis,drawing the value at risk of each index.Finally,this paper the quantitatively analyses risk level of insurance investment project in operation.Through risk analysis,we know investment risk level of insurance company is medium,company leadership should be attention to market risk,and improve each index that can affect market risk in the decision phase and execute phase of insurance investment,and should particularly strengthen the investigation and analysis of market risk.Calculation results can provide theoretical basis for insurance company to reduce or avoid risk,and improve the solvency,so as to maintain the interests of the insurance company and the insured.
