Land is the material basis for mankind.Urban land is the carrier of all social and economic activities of the city. With the rapid development of China's economy, the process of "four modernizations" has accelerated rapidly. The disorderly expansion of the city has brought about extensive land use, resulting in serious waste of land resources, low efficiency of urban land use and increasing human and land contradictions.Optimizing the urban land use structure, promoting the intensive use of urban land is the inevitable choice for management of urban land in China. This paper systematically summarizes the intensive use of urban land at home and abroad, and combs the connotation and influencing factors of urban land intensive use. After mastering the relevant theoretical basis, this paper constructs the PSR model and establishes the evaluation index of land intensive use.Taking R city as an example,This paper analyzes the intensive use of urban land and the coordination of PSR subsystems in R City from 2011 to 2015.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The intensive use level of urban land is showing an increasing trend year by year in R City. From the point of view of the intensive state,it is in the stage of extensive utilization in 2011,the stage of utilization in 2012,the basic intensive use stage in 2013-2014,and the highly intensive use stage in 2015.R city land to intensive use level is relatively high, has reached the intensive use of the state.(2)The coordination degree between the sub-systems of R City shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Overall, the coordination degree is high in 2013 and 2015,and the level of intensive use is higher, but the coordination degree in 2014-2015 is lower than that in 2013 Lower. In order to maintain and enhance the level of intensive use of urban land in R City,we should,First of all, maintain the existing level of investment in infrastructure construction, and increase investment in fixed assets;Secondly,we should be appropriate to control the development of the real estate market,to avoid the pressure of small of population density and large of the per capita living area, resulting in urban per capita construction land area is too large, extensive use of urban land, hinder comprehensive benefits to achieve. Finally,we should not only pay attention to the intensive use of urban land level, but also should take into account the coordinated development of subsystems.
