Based On The Construction Of Ecological City Of Jiayuguan City Land Intensive Utilization Policy Research

Land is a valuable non-renewable resources for human survival, and the intensive use of land is the basis and guarantee of a good ecological environment, a good ecological environment is the premise and guarantee of the intensive use of land and sustainable urban development.With the advance of urbanization, industrialization process, human extensive, predatory land use patterns caused the ecological environment great destruction.environmental pollution, shortage of land, land utilization capability is low and so on have become increasingly prominent, and damage to the urban community, economic and environmental functions, hindering comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.The eco-city and intensive use of land is a dialectical unity, is a two-way feedback relationship, the two mutual restraint and mutual promotion. The intensive use of land is benefical to ecologically city construction; good urban ecological environment, conducive to the intensive use of land. Urban land use have an impact on the atmospheric environment, water environment, noise environment, and thus cause some damage to the ecological environment of the city. Only the city of rational land use to the coordinated development and ecological construction in order to ensure sustainable economic development of urban society.In this paper, based on Collecting domestic and international eco-city construction information, discussing in brief the theoretical of land intensive use of the ecology city and describes the case of foreign land intensive use based on eco-city construction. To JiaYuGuan city as the research object, collecting the information of Jiayuguan City urban construction and land use status, and analysis of existing policies and policy guidelines for intensive use of land under the land use patterns on the construction of ecological city, Intensive land use policies based on the construction of ecological city was constructed. On this basis, use public policy choice theory, combined with the practice of eco-city of Jiayuguan City, build a new intensive land use policies, and proposed measures to implement and ensure of intensive use of land of Jiayuguan City.
