Research On Cost Control And Its Measures In Power Distribution Project

Firstly, the paper describes the present situation of the cost control in power distribution project in China, including cost management based on budgetary,the management of static cost and dynamic cost,and the application of Total Cost Management . Secondly ,the problems of cost control existing in power distribution project are discussed, mainly referring to the insufficient application of Total Cost Management,the defects of ration valuation model and of tendering and bidding,and the low quality of designers . Thirdly, based on the latest project cost theories and the existing problems in power distribution project, the paper shows the methods of effective power distribution project cost management, including enhancing Total Cost Management, widely applying Bill of Quantities,improving the quality of technology and economy workers and the supervision of auditing. At last, a specific power distribution project is analyzed accordingly.
