Human resource is the first resource for enterprises to survive and develop,and is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises.The way to promote human resources includes two aspects,namely,the investment of human resources and the stability of human resources.Among them,the investment of human resources belongs to the development of the economic value of human resources,and the stability of human resources needs a reasonable incentive mechanism to promote.Salary distribution is a typical method of human resource motivation,and also a direct data representation of human resource contribution value and value.In this paper,the use of literature analysis,behavioral event interviews,survey and analysis of the B company's pay system construction to conduct a detailed study.The establishment of a "internal fairness,external competitive" salary system.The main contents of this paper include seven parts,the first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and technical lines,innovation.The second part mainly introduces the concept and related theories involved in the construction of the salary system.The third part mainly investigates the present situation of the salary system of Company B.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the salary system of Company B.The fifth part constructs the B company's salary system,carries on the structural analysis and the theoretical structure.The sixth part introduces the implementation of B company's salary system and the safeguard measures.The seventh part is the conclusion,mainly introduces the research conclusion and the research prospect content.Based on the knowledge of strategic management and human resources,this paper takes the basic salary theory as guidance and conducts a comprehensive analysis and discussion on Company B.In the process of research,this paper discusses in detail the principles and methods of the remuneration system optimization and finds out the problems existing in the remuneration system of Company B.Then,on the basis of the detailed analysis,it puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the remuneration system of Company B,Company and staff for common development.
