The Study Of Guaranteeing The Rights Of Migrant Workers And Social Justice From The Perspective Of New Urbanization

In recent years,the peasant laborer are suffering unfair treatment,such as defaulted wages,disability and poverty caused by occupational injury and poor living conditions.Besides,discrimination is common in the area of employment and social inclusion.Nowadays,the urbanization rate of registered population is low,which should be enhanced in the process of urbanization.In this process,it is required to protect the legitimate interest of peasant laborer,who are an important part of urbanization.Besides,it is also the specific requirement of realizing social equality.So protecting the rights of peasant laborer is not merely a social problem,but needs the cooperation of multidisciplinary.The paper is divided into five parts:the first chapter is the introduction.The introduction part briefly summarizes the background and significance of the topic of the article,pointing out that using the five in one viewpoint of China analysis of migrant workers in the protection of the existence of injustice,the use of multi-disciplinary joint approach to explore solutions.The second chapter defines the concepts of social injustice,new-type urbanization and the protection of peasant laborer's legitimate interest.In addition,this thesis defines its connotation and clarifies its logical relationship.It points out that the protection of migrant workers'rights in the process of new-type urbanization is realized social injustice in the current era of specific performance.The third chapter provides a theoretical basis for the article based on the theoretical basis of the protection of migrant workers' rights in the new-type urbanization—social injustice.Based on the new urbanization and five in one viewpoint of China,the fourth chapter analyzes the absence of peasant laborer's rights in politics,economy,culture and ecology.Such as the lack of right to speak and the right to participate,the serious damage to social and economic rights,uneven education,social security system is not perfect and the destruction of rural ecological environment.On the basis of analysis,this thesis put forwards some relevant suggestions to sovle these problems.These suggestions includes reforming and perfecting relevant institutional system,solving defaulted wages,enhancing cultural quality and social care.
