In the recent year, with the rapid developing of Urbanization and construction of infrastructure facilities, urban area spreads little by little. Rural collective land around cities are taken over, which reduce lost all their land which their lives the land of per farmer, Moreover,depends on. Country land always some peasants roles of production material, economic basis, social insurance plays and various family development. Profit from land is initially the only source as well as the most ultimate and direct income. Once their land is taken over, Peasants will definitely face the poor life and uncertain occupation. They will be the new poor of the city (or between the urban and rural area)when they are accept as a new resident. Whether compensations for the land-lose-peasant is reasonable, is the important factor of social steady and economic development. The main body of a book peasant rights and interests has suffered mean main cause from analysing current lost territory starting , has pointed out to treat lost territory farmers' interests should abide by equality and fairness , handle affairs according to market economy law fixing "common benefit" as well as principle of promoting common prosperity, brings forward the secondary rigid boundary; Clear collective land property right, the compensation ascertaining every land property right rationally are standard; The symbol field putting diversification into practice compensate the way! The peasant brings lost territory into social security system waiting to ensure lost territory peasant rights and interests train of thought.
