On The Social Security Issues Of Land-lost Peasants In The Process Of New-type Urbanization

The new-type urbanization practice of "people-oriented" is the application and sublimation of Marxism in China.As a basic system construction of the society social security embodies the concept of "people-oriented".Only the highly fit of new urbanization and the development of social security is consistent with the realistic demand and development trend of contemporary social governance.In recent years,new-type urbanization and social security undertakings are all highlighted in a series of conference spirits and institutional arrangements.However,in the process of new-type urbanization construction in China,affected by comprehensive factors part of land-loss peasants increasingly become “Four-nots Personnel” with the dilemma of no farming field,no employment post,no social security and no wage income,and the poor social security and duratively hard condition severely deviate from the basic requirement of "people-oriented" new-type urbanization.How to provide appropriate social security to the sandwich group drifting between "farmer" and "urbanite" and to make it become an important force of the new-type urbanization construction has been a focus of common concern from all walks of life.Upon this,with the comprehensive knowledge of economics,management science and other disciplines,and the the research methods of combining empirical and normative and model analysis and the guidance of major strategic thoughts on scientific development and urban-rural harmonious development as well as social security theory advocated by Marxism and western scholars,the dissertation is devoted to the core issue of “Land-loss Peasants' Social Security in New-type Urbanization”,to provide theoretical reference and practice guidance for improving the social security of land-loss peasants and promoting the new-type urbanization and harmonious development of society.Firstly,after differentiating and defining the core concepts of land-lost peasant,new-type urbanization and land-loss peasants' social security the dissertation untangles and summarizes respectively the foreign classical theories as land property right theory and land rent theory.Then it discusses the connotation of the new-type urbanization from the dimensions of development notion,dynamic mechanism and the spatial structure,upon which the internal connection of new-type urbanization and land-loss peasants' social security is theoretically interpreted.And it also explores a further economic analysis on the internal relationship between the two items by using the fundamental theory of welfare economics and analysis tools of social indifference curve.Secondly,based on the hypothesis of land expropriation compensation level determining land-loss peasants' social security income the dissertation gives calculation of land-loss peasants' theoretical income of social security and appropriate expenditure in surveyed areas,as well as the comparative analysis of their actual income and actual expenditure.Then exemplified by 1151 land-loss peasants adopted in five kinds of new-type urbanization mode in surveyed area the dissertation made an investigation of its satisfaction degree of social security,and mathematical inquiry of influencing factors and degree of satisfaction by the application of independent sample T test,variance analysis and regression analysis of principal components with SPSS19.0 software.Based on the above analysis social security problems are summed up from the macro and micro level,viewing of other researchers' results.Last,by using empirical analysis of the fixed effects,ordered Logistic regression the dissertation explores the causes of the differences of land-loss peasants' social security level in the new-type urbanization and satisfaction differences,and summarizes the other influencing factors through theoretical analysis.On the last part,based on the reference and reflection of international experience of Britain,Germany and other developed economies and Beijing,Qingdao and other typical domestic practices,and the guidance of relevant classical theory the dissertation explores basic principles,organizational guarantee and countermeasures of land-loss peasants' social security in the process of improving new-type urbanization.The research are devoted to following aspects: firstly,the integration research of the land-loss peasants' social security and new-type urbanization,making up for the deficiencies of previous independent studies;Secondly,the expansion of the research scope of the major strategic thoughts on urban and rural harmonious development in our country and characteristic social security theory;Thirdly,the construction of the theoretical model of new-type urbanization and land-loss farmers' social security interaction,and the calculation model of social security theory income and moderate expenditure level of landless peasants in New Urbanization;Fourthly,the equal concern of the economic and non-economic aspects of land-loss peasants which provides a new way of thinking for the similar research in the future.
