It has been thirty years that the rural labor force became massive immigrant workers since late 1980 s. Until 2014, the number of immigrant workers has reached 166 million with an expanding workforce. Meanwhile, generational change emerges during immigrant workers, and the cainozoic era peasant laborers(usually we define the immigrant workers who born after 1980) begin to gradually become the main body, who have also played on increasingly important role in promoting the national economy development. Through the research on motivation and hygiene factors of enterprise cainozoic era peasant laborers, it is helpful to propose incentive measures and safeguard measures, also useful to promote effective incentives to meet their needs, as well as to improve the employee's loyalty and productivity, and the enterprise human resources management system, which in all to enhance the competitiveness and production capacity of the enterprise.This thesis explains the new features and new demands of the cainozoic era peasant laborers based on the introduction of incentive management status and problems, and then builds a motivation-hygiene influence factors model to refine ten key factors, namely achievement, appreciation, work, responsibility, growth and progress, corporate policy and management, supervision, relationship, wage, working condition. On this basis, the thesis makes confirmatory analysis to put forward the management measures for motivating the cainozoic era peasant laborers. Moreover, it proposes the concrete solution from the perspective of strengthening motivation factors-increase satisfaction and improving hygiene factors-eliminate negative emotion respectively, which can provide reference and guidance for resolving the incentive management problems effectively.Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the thesis analyzes the motivation and hygiene factors of enterprise cainozoic era peasant laborers, expounds how to promote the control measures based on the two-factor theory, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
