Reasonable and effective salary system is the enterprise to attract talents and keep talents and the.important means to give play to the role of talent.Salary management is the most basic of enterprise incentive mechanism,not only is the core content of enterprise human resources management,salary management system and performance appraisal system and staff development supplement each other,together to achieve the combination of enterprise development goals and personal goals.As a state-owned enterprise,The operating staff in the company's business development plays a vital role,and in recent years,DGE company operating staff the personnel loss,team morale,depressed,staff work enthusiasm is not high,the work of the staff of falling consciousness,a series of problems such as human resources use efficiency is low.How to establish a set of systematic operation of the employee salary management solution,and not just run,the deficit,a company is in urgent need to study and solve major issue.In this paper,on the basis of the salary management theory,along the question-analysis problem-to solve the problem of salary management of the relevant research achievements were summarized,form a comprehensive literature review of the material.On the basis of theoretical research,to DGE company operating staff as the research object,objective and comprehensive analysis of present situation and existing problems of the salary management,satisfaction from the salary system,salary increase satisfaction,salary allocation fairness satisfaction,pay satisfaction and well-being satisfaction design problems in five dimensions to investigate DGE company operating staff salary satisfaction,combing the DGE company operating staff salary management problems,and from strengthening the salary strategy management,establish and improve the company salary system,strengthening the salary incentive mechanism,improve the welfare policy DGE company operating staff salary management optimization suggestions.Through the study of this article,the hope is helpful to DGE company operating staff salary management system to improve and strengthen company operating post staff cohesion,for the similar enterprises in the salary management policy provides valuable reference to further enrich and improve the salary management related theory.
