Since the lack of global energy, in order to response energy saving,environmental protection and emission reduction, all the countries in the worldaccelerate the development of nuclear energy. China will vigorously developclean power, especially the nuclear power is the main direction of national powerstructure adjustment, the scale of investment will be much higher than theconventional power plant. The national strategy for the development of nuclearpower is from the "proper development" to "positive development". Under thiscondition, China nuclear energy will get very good development opportunity.Nuclear power main equipment refers to the main equipment of nuclear powerplants, such as the reactor pressure vessel, steam generator, the nuclear reactorcoolant pump (i.e. the main pump), the main pipeline, regulator, reactor internals,control rod drive mechanism, ring crane, assembly machine for loading andunloading of nuclear fuel and fuel, the safety of the nuclear reactor coolant pumpnuclear power plant plays an important role, whether the device quality quantitycompleted on time will directly affect the whole process of the construction ofnuclear power plant. Because of high investment, long construction period,complex technology, many uncertain factors for the reactor coolant pump projectcontract execution, there are different risks in different stages of projectimplementation process, how to effectively identify, analysis and control ofvarious risks, and establish the corresponding control measures, for nuclearpower main equipment manufacturing enterprises to better identify and riskprevention provide important reference, is the subject of this paper. Therefore, inthis paper, the theory of risk management and project evaluation based on riskmanagement theory, taking the Hainan Changjiang nuclear reactor coolant pumpin the execution of the contract project as the research object, study of the projectrisk management the contents of each part, and combined with the characteristicsof the project, proposed the necessity of risk management of the project.According to the mechanism of all kinds of risk which, on the project risks areeffectively identified, and from the point of the project cycle, stage presents allkinds of risks exist in all stages of the project, based on the identification of risks, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, considering the effect ofrisk factor occurrence probability and loss severity on the level of risk, determinethe risk index area, so as to determine the main risk factors of risk grade. Finally,introduce the Hainan Changjiang nuclear reactor coolant pump in the executionof the contract project risk control measures.
