Nanjing as jiangsu province city,Nan Jing transformation and development of the increasing rural urbanization has brought the inevitable challenges,since 2005 countries put forward the construction of new countryside,the state put forward "beautiful country" construction in 2013,the tourism rural reform has always been how about planning the local landscape resources,to meet the needs of tourists,at the same time solve tourist destination social,economic and ecological benefits balanced development,Topic selection of this article is under the above background.First of all,through the study of tourism attraction theory and practical case which under the framework of the AVC theory,starting from the demand of people to explore the intrinsic factor and external factor for the formation of rural tourist attraction,in the early stage of the work,mainly aimed at the Nan Jing Xiang Tang village landscape and tourism resources present situation has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,analysis of local natural resources,living resources,different types of tourism resources,and village outside of the natural environment,artificial environment,tourist market,the market marketing the basis of the status quo.The second,combined with analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical methods as theoretical basis of analysis,through the data analysis of valuable evaluation factor,added to the evaluation of the attractiveness of tourism under the framework of AVC system,to set up the Xiang Tang village tourism attraction evaluation index model,constitute a more applicable evaluation system of rural landscape to research and optimize.And then,according to set up and study Nan Jing Xiang Tang village attraction evaluation model,the village has carried on the comprehensive evaluation,subjective indicators with the method of questionnaire investigation statistics will be quantitative,and unifies objective index data statistical analysis in together,.The last,on the basis of the analysis of the final result,summarizes the XiangTang village landscape planning and the existing problems,analyzing problems cause,finally aiming at low scores in evaluation model of evaluation factors,put forward the optimization advice on different types of activity area respectively.
