Research On The Management Of Participatory Poverty Alleviation Project

With the countries improvement of China's social and economic system,people's living standards have gradually improved.But in the mountainous areas where the natural conditions are relatively harsh.there are also a large number of poor people.Whose livingstandardshave beenunder normal oreven under the poverty level for a long time.Under the new social.economic and cultural background,the form of poverty alleviation in China is still very grim.On the basis of summing up the current experience in poverty alleviation and the mode of helping the poor,and actively promote participatory poverty alleviation.We will introduce all sectors of society to encourage the development of a variety of forms,encourage the poor people to participate in the whole process of poverty alleviation work actively,tocultivate and enhance the development capacity of the poor people.In this paper,the whole village poverty alleviation and participatory management mode as the breakthrough point,investigation of Sanjiang village in Guangxi Region of Yongning District of the building based on the discussion of participatory poverty alleviation poverty and the projectplanning in the implementation of the management process,analysis of participatory poverty reduction model in the necessity and importance of introducing poverty alleviation and development process.Combined with interview data,this paper studies the problems encountered by poor households in the process of participating in poverty alleviation projects,effectively realizes the organic combination of the government and actively participate in poverty,stimulate awareness of democratic participation of the villagers,change the local people's mental outlook on the whole.Participatory poverty alleviation is restricted by the inherent behavior and attitude of traditional poverty alleviation model,and the late management mechanism and the sustainable development capacity of the poverty alleviation project need ti be improved.There are also the cultural level of poor households,the role of party members,the degree of participation in project planning,the understanding of the importance of project management,fund reserves,government support and participation of social organizations,ect.So we should strengthen project staff training,implementation,and encourage poor people actively participate in poverty alleviation project planning and follow-up management,and improve the operating mechanism of participatory reduction results.
