Research On The Sustainability Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

In 1978,China carried out reform and opening up,at the same time,poverty alleviation work as an important part of the reform and opening up.Since then,the incidence of poverty in China has been decreasing,the number of poor people has been decreasing,and people's living standards have been greatly improved.Since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation strategy in 2013,the number of people living in poverty in China has accelerated,and the economic level of poverty-stricken areas has continuously improved.Now,the fight against poverty has entered a decisive period,and the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China has put forward the important task of "resolutely winning the battle against poverty".In February 2018,Xi Jinping mentioned "how to consolidate the poverty alleviation effect of the poor population and promote sustainable poverty alleviation is an important issue that must be paid attention to and solved." It can be seen that the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of the battle against poverty.In the key stage of build a well-off society in an all-round way,poverty crucial task more difficult,more severe challenges,need to force of the whole society,overcome difficult,need to adapt to changing times,constantly improve precision policy and mechanism for poverty alleviation,under the guidance of precise strategy for poverty alleviation,fight poverty to be completed,but also to facilitate accurate implementation of sustainability for poverty alleviation and development.Therefore,this paper studies the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the overview of targeted poverty alleviation.The first part is the summary of China's poverty alleviation process and achievements since the reform and opening up.The second part is about the achievements,problems and the problems faced by the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation.This part mainly studies the achievements since the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation,the problems faced by targeted poverty alleviation and the reasons for the problems faced by the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation,and then puts forward the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation.The third part is the sustainable path of targeted poverty alleviation,which mainly proposes countermeasures from four aspects: strengthening economic construction in poor areas,improving the sustainable development ability of the poor population,establishing the corresponding withdrawal mechanism,and encouraging the whole society to participate,so as to achieve the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation.From a strategic perspective,the sustainability of targeted poverty alleviation is an important guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing common prosperity.Precision poverty alleviation of sustainability research is on the development of poverty alleviation theory with Chinese characteristics,provide guidance for precise poverty alleviation earnestly implement,and combination of theory and practice to guide practice with theory,abundant theory to practice,to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream,to provide a steady stream of power.
