Research On Risk Management Of Hezhou GD Company's Proprietary Project Database Construction Project

The risk management of patent project is a system engineering project of reliable risk identification and characterization taken from the uncertainty information of internal and external environments.It works by risk analysis and assessment,and risk control and management.The risk management of patent project is one of the leading research topics in this field.Compared with the developed countries,we are weaker in the patent consciousness of risk management,the risk management of the overall level,the risk sharing and averse of risk management mode of patent project.The aspects mentioned above have been studied in this paper and the results are significant for theoretical studies and practical performance.The risk management of construction project of patent database for electronic aluminum foil industry in Hezhou GD Company has been studied by theory of risk management for patent project.The studies include the risk identification,tools and methods of project construction enterprise patent database,the risk assessment procedures,the methods and contents.And then the risk prevention and control measures will be established.It will be helpful to provide references for the management for the project construction enterprise patent database.Based on the research of risk management for patent special database construction project of electronic aluminum foil industry in Hezhou GD Company,the methods and ways of special database construction of enterprise patent were proposed,and the prevention of legal risks for the construction of the special database of enterprise patent was also proposed and should be paid more attentions.
