Strategy transformation was developed by China Telecom as early as in the fixed telephone network era in 2004 in order to meet the new tendency of internet development of smart fixed telephone.Deepening strategy transformation was suggested by China Telecom at the end of 2010 along with the coming of the mobile internet period.With the coming of smart era,transformation and upgrading is promoted continuously by China Telecom.At the same time,e-commerce is normally considered as one of the major directions of promoting the internet based communication operator,and the e-channel becomes the major development point of communication operator day by day.Innovation management of the E-channel Department founded in 2013 was investigated in this article under this situation,and it was especially important in the deepening strategy transformation of the new tendency of internet development.The understanding to the nowadays changing environment and the complicated innovation process was poor in the traditional management theory.Through the research to the innovation management strategy of the E-channel Department in Shandong Telecom,scientific and effective management were performed during the market competition.The particular channel advantage was completely developed,and service marketing integration was performed to instead of the single service gradually.The sustainable competitive advantage was wined and channel advantage was achieved.The practical work in the enterprise was investigated in this article.Based on the existing matters such as the low service brand recognition,poor experience from the user,weak running of channel expansion in the whole network,etc.management innovation strategy theory was used to guide this work.New E-channel brand was established and innovation management system was optimized.The user experience was improved through the market orientation,the channel value was enhanced and the satisfactory of the user was promoted.Firstly,the state of business of the E-channel Department was introduced by the author in this article.The existing matters were found out through the effectively analyze to the state of business.Secondly,management innovation strategy that could meet the requirement of e-channel was developed by the author through the carefully summarize to the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development of E-channel Department.Finally,the management innovation capacity of the E-channel Department was promoted on management innovation culture,organization and technology,and the values and benefits of the corporation were increased.These were benefits of the management innovation strategy suggested by the author.This article was written based on the facts of the E-channel Department.E-channel development system was developed by the summary of the significant points in the work,and by the use of management innovation strategy.This work was done to optimize the operating of the enterprise both inside and outside,and to response to the market quickly.It was hoped that the research conclusions of this article could provide reference value to the business development of the E-channel Department or the whole telecom industry.
