Marketing channels are arenas where the telecom enterprises win over their customers. Well-managed channels are beneficial to the market development, thus increasing enterprises' profits. Through the division and reorganization in recent years, the telecom market of China is gradually forming a new competition pattern in which the enterprises have comparatively equal overall strength. The telecommunications industry is facing new opportunities and challenges; single channel marketing in the past can no longer face the competition in the market. In order to produce competitive and sustainable marketing capabilities, survive fierce competition and develop steadily in the new century, it is only to establish market-oriented, consumer-focused business philosophy, to reform the channel following the market positively, to combine modern marketing theory with telecommunications industry, to build China characteristics of the telecommunications marketing disciplines, and applied to practical operations. Under the new competition background, the marketing-channel construction and management of telecom enterprises has become a highly valued task.Taking the marketing-channel construction of telecom enterprises as the key thread and using the method of analysis and research that combines theory with practice, this paper mainly studies the t marketing-channel innovation. Summing up this paper on the domestic and international marketing-channel innovation, starting with the impacts of marketing-channel management, it analyses the marketing-channel innovation theory, and the existing marketing-channel situation of Wuhan telecommunications companies in empirical, and explores the shortcomings of the existing marketing-channel and the future direction of development.Above the analysis and research, on the basis of the practice experience in Wuhan telecommunications companies, it analysis the marketing channels innovation of Wuhan telecommunications company from marketing channel management, marketing channel structure, and marketing channels. The papers include reengineering the market chain and business process theory into the internal telecommunications, innovation of the existing client manager system, constructing all-round services of the channel marketing, integrated customer service platform, franchising business, virtual management, window marketing, and so on. Meanwhile, in order to improve the sales ability and service level of the Marketing-channels, this paper holds that the telecom enterprises should strengthen the marketing staff construction, build a sound inspiration system and enhance the scientific management of the marketing-channels, thus providing a strong support and guarantee for the marketing-channel construction and improving the loyalty of telecom enterprises' marketing channels.Through research, this paper is for the purpose of proposing some constructive suggestions to telecom enterprises' marketing-channel construction and bringing inspiration and benefit to telecom enterprises' construction and management of marketing-channels.
