At present,China is now in the era of knowledge explosion,the competition between enterprises is essentially knowledge of competition,and as a carrier of knowledge,and ultimately settled to the talent.Excellent talent is the enterprise owned by the expertise,skills and capabilities of the bearer,is the enterprise leader in the same industry.Therefore,human resources has become one of the most important resources of enterprises,the core competitiveness of enterprises depends directly on the number of enterprises owned by the number of talents.From the vigorous development of China's financial industry,the normal flow of talent between commercial banks is a normal phenomenon in the development of the financial industry and a prerequisite for maintaining the vitality of financial development.For example,the turnover rate of financial institutions between Wall Street and the financial institutions is about Is about 30%.However,for China's financial industry,the vast majority of the flow of talent flow from state-owned commercial banks to joint-stock banks,foreign banks and other non-bank financial institutions,there is little talent flow to state-owned commercial banks,state-owned commercial banks Talent in the long-term out of the state.In addition,the outflow of state-owned commercial banks is often a wealth of business experience,customer resources and high academic knowledge of the core talent,their loss will result in the reduction of state-owned commercial banks and the decline in efficiency.Therefore,this paper will study the brain loss of the China Construction Bank JS branch as the research object,hoping to solve the problem of how to solve the brain drain of the employees of the state-owned commercial banks,so as to put forward the reasonable countermeasures and related suggestions.The structure of this paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction,the background and significance of this study are expounded,and based on the theoretical analysis,finishing and refining the latest progress in the theory,academic opinions and suggestions for this article The second part is the questionnaire survey,through the questionnaire design,distribution,statistics and analysis,to grasp the current situation of the brain drain of the enterprise;the third part is the status quo analysis and the reasons for the diagnosis,through the China Construction Bank JS branch Analysis of the overall situation and causes of brain drain,summed up the main reasons for the loss of talent for the enterprise external environment,internal system mechanism and individual staff three reasons.The fourth parts are the solution and countermeasures,mainly through the sound talent management mechanism,the establishment of talent career planning and improve the compensation system to retain the three aspects of staff.Based on the study of the brain drain problem of China Construction Bank JS branch,this paper can put forward corresponding suggestions on the more specific problem of brain drain of state-owned commercial banks,which is also useful for human resource managers of other state-owned commercial banks.
