In recent years,with the development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of smart devices,consumers' habits,especially those of the younger generation,have begun to shift to mobile terminals.Influenced by internet,the traditional jewelry enterprises use internet platforms to increase online revenue.Although the Internet has solved the efficiency problem of traditional jewelry industry,it is not the foundation but the channel and tool of the industry.The ultimate consumption of jewelry is still product,experience and emotion.Online interaction can never replace the offline emotional interaction between people.Therefore,the online platform of jewelry need the cooperation of the offline section.The most important thing for jewelry O2O is to do its own products,services and brands.Guided by products and services,from online to offline,or from offline to online to open up two O.In the past,O2O maybe focused on the platform,but now,must be user-centered.Actually O2O is not two O,but one O,which refers to user experience.To realize the O2O in jewelry industry,there must be three conditions,namely QR code,mobile payment and mobile social interaction.Besides,six systems must be integrated,which is IT,marketing,channel,customer / member,supply chain and logistics.The essence of jewelry O2O is to integrate the online and offline channels to create consumers' 360-degree consumption experience from multiple dimensions such as products,services,prices and brands,thereby to obtain brand premium and competitive advantages.In the future,the industry of jewelry in the O2O model should return to the essence of business,and create excellent value and exclusive emotional experience for consumers.The closed-loop of jewelry O2O exists,that is,product and service-user experience-user reputation-online traffic-products and services.The strength of jewelry industry should be concentrated on products and services.Therefore,the user experience is the key.Secondly,using big data to locate the jewelry market more accurately and avoid wasting resources.Using big data to manage jewelry enterprises,and ensuring that the data is real-time and accurate,so that the effect of data-based management on jewelry enterprises can really play out.The jewelry O2O model has broad prospects and development advantages.The integration of the jewelry industry and the IT industry has great development space.Making an app for jewelry brands is the general trend in the future,and it is of great significance for the jewelry industry to realize O2O mode.On the one hand,it can attract users to the retailing system of jewelry brands,and use the internet as a tool to achieve online and offline integration.On the other hand,through real-time ordering and regular delivery,high quality product,payment bundles,etc.to open up online and offline channels,and realize closed-loop transactions.Traditional industries have adopted O2O operation mode and made good progress.The O2O model of traditional jewelry enterprises has its own advantages and disadvantages.We should think about the operation mode of jewelry O2O from many aspects and create the closed loop of jewelry O2O.
