Since the accession to the WTO,our country participates a large number of international division of labor through the way of OEM.What is undeniable is that the world's industrial chain manufacturing powerhouse-our general contract enterprises has made a lot of contribution to China's economic boom,and got a good profit and foundry enterprises.Due to the weak technical level and lack of management level in a few years foreign divestment of foundry enterprises suffered a big blow in the tide.Through the bloody lessons,enabled us to deepen the understanding about the present situation of foundry enterprise in the lower part of the value chain,is also more urgent demands that we find ways to improve the plight of the current generation of labor enterprise.The thesis contains the following parts.The first chapter,introduction.Browse through previous scholars the study results of foundry patterns,found some support for this thesis' s point of view.The second chapterdefines the foundry enterprise,OEM,ODM,OBM,CEM and the relevant concepts of value chain and the development of the relationship between each other.Introduced in this thesis is,going to use the product life cycle theory,U smile curve theory and contract theory model of enterprise transformationTo laya solid theoretical foundation in this thesis.The third chapter introduces the stats of JM electronic contract manufacturing.What is the reason of the low-end value chain,as well as the necessity of the transformation and upgrading.The fourth chapter introduces the path of the transformation and upgrading.The fifth chapter give some practical countermeasures for JM company of transformation and upgradingTherefore,this thesis through to the foundry enterprises OEM,ODM,OBM transformation path analysis,trying to find a suitable for most small and medium sized foundry enterprises transformation and upgrading of the road of development.
