After 30 years of rapid growth,China's economy is now in a critical period of d evelopment and transformation.The concrete plan of "one belt and one road" is a s ign that China is moving towards a comprehensive open economy.In August 2014,t he State Council promulgated the "Ten Articles of the New Country" to fully deploy and plan the insurance industry,raising the importance of commercial insurance deve lopment to the national level,which will undoubtedly usher in another decade of go ld development for China's insurance industry.For a time,the insurance industry has become a "sunrise industry",and all kinds of capital have been allocated to the ins urance industry.Insurance company licences and insurance agency licences have beco me "new favorites" of capital.With the improvement of China's insurance market an d the gradual improvement of the market system,more and more opportunities and challenges are faced,and insurance innovation emerges in endlessly.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of netizens in C hina has increased year by year,and consumers' lifestyle and consumption habits have undergone tremendous changes.The whole insurance industry is actively seeking ne w development models to occupy market share.For insurance companies,there are two kinds of insurance sales: direct sales and channel sales.Among them,channel s ales are dominated by insurance intermediaries.Insurance intermediaries specialize in selling insurance company products and earning commissions with their clearing fees.In addition,insurance intermediaries also collect insurance premiums,appear on the scene,preservation and other business on their behalf.In recent years,under the b ackground of separation of production and marketing,insurance intermediary compani es have expanded rapidly,among which insurance professional agency companies hav e developed most rapidly.But the insurance professional agency company takes the Commission of insurance company as its main profit source,and solicits talents by gi ving agents higher handling fees,so as to increase the market share and enhance th e company's popularity.Insurance intermediary company is its net profit after elimina ting the expenses of agent's service fee and office cost,but this is not enough to s upport the funds needed for its sustainable operation and development.Traditional insurance intermediaries still have many shortcomings in marketing model,manageme nt system and company development planning.The old marketing model has met bo ttlenecks,and a more scientific development model is urgently needed to speed up the transformation and breakthrough.Based on the theory of insurance intermediaries,this paper takes the developme nt of the "Internet +" insurance business of W Insurance Sale Co.,Ltd.,taking INSW EB insurance as a case study,and summarizes the development strategies of "Interne t +" insurance business suitable for W Insurance Sale Co.,Ltd..First,we should stre ngthen internal control and improve the management mechanism.As a modern enter prise,micro insurance company must establish a good enterprise management system,create a harmonious and orderly competitive office environment for employees,and foster a positive and progressive corporate culture.Second,we should increase the efforts to attract and use talents and strengthen the talent reserve.The main bottle neck of the development of insurance intermediary companies is the lack of human resources reserve.In order to solve this difficult problem,we must implement an or derly and complete strategy of human resources reserve.Third,we should enhance t he level of specialization and improve the quality of service.Insurance intermediaries are essentially financial services.Under the big social background of the rapid devel opment of Internet plus insurance,micro insurance company must adhere to the dev elopment concept centered on the greatest satisfaction of customers.Fourth,it is ne cessary to improve the level of business and improve the innovation of marketing ch annels.Under the background of "Internet +",the traditional sales channels of micro insurance companies are gradually changing to online,changing from traditional offli ne channels to "Online +" insurance online channels.Fifth,we should increase R&am p;investment and improve R&efficiency.W Insurance Sale Co.,Ltd.should gradual ly increase their investment in Internet business and dig deep into the value of big data for the development of insurance business.Establish a huge customer data syst em,analyze and organize customer data in order to better improve their service qua lity.
