Study On The Models And Countermeasures Of The Old-Age Security In Rural Areas Of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The economic development level of Inner Mongolia autonomous region is relatively backward compared with other regions,the degree of population aging is serious,the establishment of the old-age security system is late,it is difficult to implement the old-age security system,and the effect is not obvious,the form is single.In fact,properly solve the problem of rural old-age security,it plays a good role in setting up the consciousness of providing for the aged,constructing the old age support system,strengthening the allocation of old age resources and improving the level of providing for the aged,at the same time,it will strengthen the pertinence and rationality of the old-age security system,and lay the foundation for the establishment of the rural old-age security system.Therefore,according to the actual situation of Inner Mongolia region,the measures to strengthen the rural old-age security system in Inner Mongolia and the rationalization proposals are put forward,finally,we will strengthen the rural old-age security in Inner Mongolia,form an efficient and orderly social management mechanism,and create an old-age security mode that meets the rural areas in Inner Mongolia,the role of the family,the individual,the community and the government is fully exerted,which is of great significance to solving the problem of population aging and old-age security.In this paper,by referring to some other old-age security research literature,absorb its merits,while studying the problems exposed in the rural social endowment insurance system in Inner Mongolia,to summarize the relevant concepts and theories,and combine the specific situation of the inner Mongolia autonomous region,comparative analysis of China’s rural pension mode and foreign rural pension model;Then,it analyzes the possible problems and causes of the current pension mode in Inner Mongolia,and constructs a specific and feasible way of providing for the aged in Inner Mongolia,finally,put forward some reasonable and effective suggestions to improve the current situation of rural old-age security in inner Mongolia,strengthen the rural old-age security conditions,so that the rural old-age security system is more perfect.The reform of social endowment insurance system should be carried out orderly,the social endowment insurance system should be reasonable and effective and sustainable development.Continuously improve the social security system,steadily increase the retirement pension of urban and rural workers,the subsidies for urban low-income families and the object of appeasement.A series of social security measures should be gradually perfected for farmers and herdsmen who lost their land,the urban basic medical security should include the regular resident and increase the new rural cooperative medical service system,effectively linking urban and rural residents’ serious illness insurance policy and adjusting emergency rescue system,so,the family pension is dominant at the same time,a variety of forms,diversification and advancing with the mode of old-age security should also actively carry out such old-age security problems could be solved,the elderly can enjoy the happiness of the family.
