Research On The Government Public Service Function In The Development Of Private Economy In Shuangliao

Reform and opening up for 40 years,as a result of has a natural affinity to the market,the private economy for China’s economic and social sustainable,healthy and stable development has made a significant contribution.As a function that plays an important role in various government functions,public service functions have always played an important role in the development of private economy.Especially at present,accelerate the change of government function,the construction of service-oriented government under the new situation,in our country,improve the government’s public service function as one of the important work of the central and local governments at all levels.This paper carefully combs the change of government function in the development of private economy in Shuangliao in recent years,through the perspective of "new public service theory",Analyzes the problems of the lack of people-oriented value,the dislocation of government role and the over-concentration of management power in the current government public service function,and points out the reasons for these problems.And,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,based on the actual situation of Shuangliao.To provide some theoretical thinking and practical suggestions for the transformation of government functions and the promotion of private economy development.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,the paper to study the background,purpose and significance were briefly described.The second part is the core concept definition and theoretical research Angle of view,the private economy,the government public service function and resolve the concept.From the perspective of the new public service theory of government public service functions and related theories were carefully analyzed.The third part analyzes the status quo of the public service function of the private economy in Shuangliao City since the reform and opening up,and analyzes the government public service function in different stages of the development of private economy.The fourth part focuses on the current situation,restricting the development of private economy government public service functions,The author makes a profound analysis of the causes of the government’s public service function.The fifth part is the end of this article,on the basis of the first four parts,to improve the government’s public service functions,and promote the development of private economy put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
