With the development of citizen living level and science & technology,people have more strong desire to pursue the high quality life with comfort,intelligence and safety.Therefor smart home emerges at the historic moment.Smart home under the Internet influence is the embodiment of Io T(Internet of things).Smart home with the complex definition is difficult to be described by a specific thing or a specific smart system.In order to serve the advanced functions and means with timing and programming for people in the fields of lighting control,the interior and outdoor remote control and home burglar alarm system,smart home employs Io T technology to make the equipment at home(air-condition system,video equipment,security system,lighting control and so forth)have relations.The background and history of smart home could be traced back to the first American smart building around the world in 1984 which was the actual rudiment after the early conception “smart”.Afterwards,America,Canada,Europe,Australia and a number of economically advanced countries in Southeast Asia successively put forward various kinds of smart home schemes.In China,form later 1990 s,smart communities sprang up and the smart home business at home has developed.Under the background of domestic favorable development,Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home as an emerging smart home enterprise entered into the smart home industry.Though the analysis of Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home in the aspects of the product industry,the market condition and competitors key strategic factors,the thesis aims at putting forward the enterprise marketing program and improvement suggestions from the perspectives of the product,the price,the channel,the sales promotion and the service based on the competitive advantage and disadvantages of Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home in the smart home industry.The theoretical significance: As one kind of emerging things,its audience and scope is still limited.At present,there exist little deeper and systematic research result focusing on marketing strategies of the smart home.Through the analysis and research on the smart home marketing strategy,the necessary way and the theoretical guarantee of family information are served and finally the main target of this study is to make family more comfortable,more convenient and more environmental.The practical significance: Apart from the theoretical significance,this study can also have certain applied significance.The development procedure of smart home must be from “the smart building” to “the smart community”,and form “the smart community” to “the smart family”.While at present,most customers cannot witness the change or understand the specific usage of the smart home.Therefore,based on the deeper research,the thesis tries to find out the market strategy of Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home to contribute author's own slender strength to the domestic emerging career-the smart home.From the perspective of methodology,the literature research method and the combination of the qualitative method and the quantitative method are adopted to describe the marketing strategy of Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home.Furthermore,4Ps marketing combination analysis method(the product,the price,the channel,the sales promotion,the public relation and the political right)is also adopted.From the perspective of the innovation,the thesis regards a concrete emerging enterprise-Zhi Xin Ju Smart Home as research object.Based on the various kind of analysis tool,the market survey and investigate on related smart home will be widely carried out taking the marketing strategy as the main research content and marketing theory as tool to guide and promote the marketing innovation of smart home.
