With the rapid develop ment in economic and social ch anges in China today,the core of the people's livelihood problems is no loner on food and clothing with purpose of “Food is the param ount necessity of the pe ople,” but it changes to a healthy eating habit of the comprehensive nutrition,green health.General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: to f irmly establish the develo pment concept of taking people as the cente r,the implementation of the "four most stringent requirements effectively and ensure the food safety." Forest food exactly caters to the new trend of the time,and it is a rising "sunrise industry".With the development of the National Forest Ecological Construction P olicy and natural forest protection project,forestry economic development scale has changed from a s mall workshop to industrializati on,the product system is changing from a single transition to diversification and deep processing.Forest food industry is both the prospect and the sustainable developm ent of econom ic forest industry,which accelerates the im provement of forest food transformation,on the prem ise of forest ecology under the m aximum economic benefits of forest food,and our next research focus is to promote the healthy development of forest food industry.
