| The rural tourism market demand,enriching the prominent effect and huge potential for development,is an important way for residents in the new period of leisure tourism consumption,is an important force to promote the increase of farmers’ income,agricultural efficiency and rural economic and social development.In order to promote the sustained and healthy development of rural tourism in Mudanjiang,the positive role of rural tourism in steady growth,promoting consumption,reducing poverty and improving people’s livelihood will be further played.This paper takes Mudanjiang city as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey,key informant interview and case analysis method,analyzes the problems and causes of rural tourism in Mudanjiang City,facing the results show that the Mudanjiang city positive response to the national policy,actively involved in the construction of rural tourism,from the single "live in farm house,eat rice farmers,dry farmers live," to today’s "experience tour","tour",changing the operating mode of the rural tourism development in Mudanjiang city to further accelerate.Rural leisure tourism promotes farmers’ income and leads farmers to get rich.As of June 2017,the city has more than 90 leisure agriculture entity,farmhouse development to 830,1 million 790 thousand annual tourists,including star farmhouse 88,employing 12600 people,the annual income of over 300 million yuan,driven 83000 farmers to get rich,has become one of the power of the rural economic development in Mudanjiang.Mudanjiang City,although the development of rural tourism has achieved certain results,but is still in the initial stage,facing many problems to be solved,such as rural tourism marketing is not in place,now part of rural tourism for the use of experiential marketing,that is to eat live experience in farm tourism products,sales and research and development has not yet formed for system;some problems in the construction of rural tourism is considered not well,especially in the rural tourism and the construction of ecological environment on the issue,often ignore the latter on the former,the development of rural tourism damaged the ecological environment;tourism product homogeneity serious,it is difficult to meet the multi-level demand for tourists,affects the upgrading and transformation of rural tourism to enhance efficiency and the function of rural tourism;are influenced by seasonal,Mudanjiang has a temperate continental monsoon climate,four Season clearly,winter as long as six months.The tourism market has formed a huge difference in the light,Wang two seasons;the internal interests of rural imbalance,rural tourism in the spontaneous development of rural tourism destination and make all the farmers in general equilibrium can benefit,but to some extent exacerbated the economic interests of the rural communities within the two very obvious differentiation,"Matthew effect" that leads to new social problems in rural community.According to the results of this study,according to the reality of Mudanjiang,this paper proposes the following suggestions:(1)Mudanjiang city to strengthen rural tourism marketing;(2)to maintain the ecological balance of rural tourism;(3)product innovation activities,create features of rural tourism attractions;(4)to crack the rural tourism seasonal dilemma;(5)form the sharing mechanism of rural tourism. |
