Study On Coordinated Development Of Rural Regional Economy In Heilongjiang

The theory of coordination of regional economic development is the new economic theory,that aim is to solve the new economic difficulties emerged for human survival and development.It is based on ecological economy,sustainable development and Symbiosis Theory,it pay close attention to regional ties and the degree of dependence,the final point of this theory is between regions and promote positive interaction.This study has made some achievements in the study on the differences between the East and the west,and between provinces in China.The research has gradually shifted from urban research to rural research.The development of Heilongjiang rural economy has achieved certain results on the total amount and speed,but from a national perspective is still in a backward state,which is mainly in rural areas,the imbalance between the weakening of the overall development of Heilongjiang power.So,this paper is based on regional economics,rural economy and regional coordination theory,and studies on the coordinated development of rural economy in Heilongjiang.This paper has combed the literature of developmen of regional economic theory in western in the prolegomenon firstly,and studies on the current situation of regional economics.Because of the micro study of regional economics is less,so thisi paper combined with the actual situation in Heilongjiang,pointed out the theoretical significance of the theory and practical significance.The second chapter interprets the concept of regional economy,rural economy and regional coordinated development in detail,and finds the regional growth theory and regional difference theory as the basis of the argument and the overall guiding ideology.The third chapter analyzes the basic situation of rural areas in Heilongjiang Province,the characteristics of economic development and the existing problems.The fourth chapter divides the rural areas of Heilongjiang into 6 areas according to the polarization division,and studies the differences and coordination between the 6 regions.Taking the methods of the standard deviation,standard deviation coefficient and relative development rate(Nich)and other methods of rural economy in Heilongjiang Province,the overall level of spatial differences and differences in the growth rate of the evaluation,and the comprehensive difference index(TZ)to reflect the overall changes in the rural economic development in Heilongjiang Province,Finally,come to a dicision,that is the difference on the development of rural economy and the level of development speed in Heilongjiang province is apparent.The fifth chapter is based on the theory and the reality,and point out that the main factors that affect the development of rural economy in Heilongjiang.In this chapter,taking the principal component analysis and regression analysis,to find the influencing factors.In the sixth chapter,according to the result of the evaluation and the factors that influence the difference,combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province,the overall strategy and specific countermeasures of the coordinated development of rural regional economy in Heilongjiang province are given.In order to provide a theoretical basis for narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor and coordinate the healthy development of rural areas in Heilongjiang Province,and make a theoretical contribution for promoting the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way in Heilongjiang province.
