Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of Recycle Economy Development Of Heilongjiang Counties

The aim of this dissertation is to analyze the.development of Recycle Economy of countiesregion in HeiLongJiang prov. Based on the theory of recycle economy, there presents problems ofthe regional planning, development level of recycle economy and the regional disparity andimbalance of HLJ prov. Finally, the countermeasure of recycle economy is discussed.The core idea of recycle economy is the circle of resources-production-recycle. Deeplythinking,it can be understood as a way to keep the sustainable development that keeps the same stepof economy with environment preserve.Combined with the environment preserve, the recycle economyshown more public focus. In China, counties is the more popular region. No only it is a part of wholecountry recycle, but also weakness part must to be improved to develop recycle economy.For HeiLongJiang province, it has unique geographical characters and resources advantage.However, it sucks for the problem of low technology level, backward production capacity and theoverlooking of environment preservation. Although it keeps the stable improvement, the level recycleeconomy is still far from the developed region in China.From counties points of view, there problemssuch as regional disparity and imbalance within regions. All these threatens the goal of buildingan ecological province.According to the analysis of the problems, a development strategy of recycle economy,thatintegrated the regulation, measurement, technology and service,is presented.
