Research On Product Oil Joint Distribution Scheme

In recent years,with China’s market economy,the marketization process of domestic refined oil logistics industry has accelerated gradually.To reduce the cost of oil,the refined oil logistics as an important segment have attracted great attention from various petroleum enterprise and industry decision makers.China’s refined oil distribution system are developing late in our country but progressing fast.That is because various constraints are far behind other countries including in the management mode,the transport structure and the degree of information.As the oil giants,Chinese oil urgently needs to improve the efficiency of petroleum enterprise operation,achieving the net growth of economic profit.Therefore,we should increase efforts to optimize and reform the whole the oil industry chain,and increase the competitiveness of enterprises with the accumulation of power.The distribution of refined oil transportation is the last step from the oil industry chain.The terminal customers are directly faced,and the enterprise benefit is realized finally.The optimization scheme of China oil group M branch distribution is investigated based on the research and practice through the study of the traditional distribution mode and process.Meanwhile,the traditional distribution problems are analyzed by using the shortest path model and the combined transport model.The distribution optimization of the domestic refined oil sales companies is implemented.An optimization scheme for oil distribution path is proposed by analyzing the refined oil distribution system and the distribution route optimization in this paper.The network model and the mathematical model of refined oil distribution are established.However,to explore the shortest path of refined oil transportation,the optimal planning for transport plan is realized,and the core is achieved by optimizing the distribution of total cost.Finally,the distribution requirements of refined oil products are developed by combining the modern concept of advanced logistics management.In this paper,some reasonable suggestions for the integration of oil product logistics distribution system are presented.At the same time,the existing resources and facilities are improved.The proposed method can not only solve the problem of the M company of China oil group,but also can apply some good way to study this case,and these enterprises should learn from each other.Thus,the continuous development of enterprises should be promoted,and a favorable reference value for the good development of oil field of logistics distribution products is provided in China.
