Study On Optimization Of Logistics Distribution System Of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Company Technology

With the progress of the pharmaceutical industry and the development of modern logistics industry,pharmaceutical logistics has also undergone great changes.The traditional distribution methods because of their own malpractice gradually difficult to adapt to the current needs of the pharmaceutical market,although the rapid development of the medical industry,business areas have been expanded,pharmaceutical sales steadily increased,but its profit is not obvious,by the traditional pharmaceutical logistics Restrictions.The main problem is the low efficiency of circulation,high cost of circulation,it must be innovative.This paper chooses the logistics and distribution model of Chongqing Pharmaceutical(Group)Co.,Ltd.as the research object.On the basis of studying the current situation of logistics distribution in the world,this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the logistics and distribution of the company,and points out that Chongqing Pharmaceutical(Group)Co.,Ltd.logistics and distribution system there is unreasonable logistics and distribution links,low efficiency and high cost,the logistics system of low level of information,the effective utilization of equipment is not high and so on.And then on the existence of a more comprehensive analysis of the problem,find out the reasons on the basis of the original proposed a targeted solution.The solution is mainly related to the pharmaceutical company's logistics and distribution model,business procedures,organizations,distribution centers and other aspects of the use of various factors based on the actual basis of a comprehensive analysis of the joint logistics and distribution model as to solve the pharmaceutical group logistics and distribution of the optimal program.Finally,this paper also puts forward some constructive suggestions for the development of manpower management system,logistics system and strategic partner of the pharmaceutical group.Based on the theoretical literature of logistics and distribution research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward an effective optimization scheme for the problems of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Company,so as to ensure the further development of the enterprise and enhance its comprehensive strength.The solutions proposed in this paper are representative and provide some reference for other pharmaceutical companies that need to be improved.
